We Are Recruiting For:



1 to 1 Care Worker

We are looking for compassionate individuals to work between 24 and 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Applicants should be flexible across the week to suit the needs of the service users.

Your responsibilities will include:

Picking up your assigned Service Users from their home and returning them at the end of the day. Supporting them in daily activities and helping them work towards their long-term goals. Occasionally assisting with social or shopping visits for clients in our nearby Supported Living schemes (within contracted hours, not weekends).

Pay & Benefits:



12.21 per hour, plus a 12.5% premium for any weekend work in other parts of the Trust. 0.45 per mile for travel, with travel time paid within contracted/overtime hours. People's Pension Scheme: 3% employer contribution, 1% from tax authorities, 4% employee contribution. Annual Leave: 22 days + 8 bank holidays, rising to 25 days + 8 bank holidays after 3 years. This is prorated for part time staff. Life Assurance: 2x your contracted salary. 25% staff discount for you and a guest at Berry's Cafe. Subsidised lunches in our state-of-the-art catering facility. Requirements:
