We are currently recruiting for a passionate 1:1 Support Worker to join our lovely nursery in Altrincham, Ivy House Day Nursery which is located on Regent Road.

As a One-to-One Learning Support Assistant (1:1 LSA) you will make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of a specific pupil in our Preschool. As a vital member of our dedicated team, you will have the unique opportunity to provide personalised support, ensuring the academic, social, and emotional needs of the child are met with care and expertise. This rewarding role involves collaborating closely with our experienced staff, our SENCO, and our Senior Management Team.

We are a small group of 6 family run nurseries across South Manchester, who nurture and develop our teams.

Our ethos is small and nurturing and this nursery has small groups of children to ensure we are able to give children our time and attention.

Experience is desirable but not essential as fully supported training and induction will be provided.
