1:1 Support Worker

You will provide focused, individualised support to a child requiring 1:1 assistance, ensuring they thrive in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the Nursery Manager and Early Years team to ensure the highest standards of care and education Provide consistent, high-quality 1:1 support tailored to meet individual needs Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Promote inclusion and help children reach their full potential through engaging, child-led learning opportunities Ensure all statutory, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements are met Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

Minimum 3 years' experience working in an Early Years setting Preferably hold at least a Level 2 Early Years qualification Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted statutory requirements Knowledge of child protection, SEN/Inclusion, and equal opportunities A proactive, nurturing, and flexible approach to supporting children Excellent teamwork and communication skills
