We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Support Worker to join our growing team and support young children with EHCPs or undergoing assessment in a new, inclusive early years setting.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with our Early Years Teacher and a team of specialists, delivering tailored support that helps every child learn, grow, and feel valued every day.
Duties
Supporting children aged 4-6 with SEND Assisting the Early Years Teacher with daily learning activities and routines Providing high-quality, nurturing care, including personal care where required Creating a calm, safe, and inclusive environment where children feel secure Helping children develop communication, independence, and confidence Being a trusted adult whom families and children can rely on
Experience
A relevant level 2 (or above) qualification in Early Years or Childcare Experience in early years settings(nursery, pre school, reception) A caring, calm, and positive approach to supporting children Willingness to support children with personal care A team player with great communication skills Desirable: Experience working with children with EHCPs or SEND needs
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.50 per hour
