What We Are Looking For
We need a patient, energetic
1:1 Reception SEND Teaching Assistant
who can hit the ground running in September. Ideal candidates will have:
Proven experience with pupils who have EHCPs or similar high-needs profiles
Understanding of early childhood development and sensory processing
Experience using speech and language resources (e.g., PECs, visuals, Now & Next)
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
A positive mindset and plenty of flexibility - no two days will look the same
