Join Our Team at Slinfold C E Primary and Pre School
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated 1:1 Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at Slinfold C E Primary and Pre School. This rewarding role includes providing 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs and working with small groups of children to help them achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Headteacher and work closely with class teachers and the SENCO.
Job Details
EYFS 1:1 Support with MDMS
29.35 hours per week over 5 days
(8.30am until 3.10pm)
Grade 4 point 5
Permanent - Hourly Rate 12.85
Term time only - 38 weeks worked per year
30min lunch break and daily 15min break (unpaid)
What You Need to Succeed
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children in a school or early years setting.
Understands the importance of inclusion and child-centred learning.
Is patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with children.
Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team.
Is confident working under the direction of the Headteacher and other staff.
Has (or is willing to gain) relevant qualifications in supporting teaching and learning (e.g. Level 2 or 3).
