Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in designated subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs Develop customised lesson plans and learning activities that align with curriculum standards and student requirements Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians Support students with special educational needs by implementing appropriate strategies and resources Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional attitude to motivate learners and build their confidence Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student achievements Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other education professionals to ensure cohesive support for each learner

Skills

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various subjects or specialised areas such as special education Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and foster understanding among students of different ages and backgrounds Experience working with children is highly desirable, demonstrating patience and adaptability Ability to personalise teaching approaches based on individual learning styles and needs Organised with excellent time management skills to plan sessions efficiently and track student progress Passionate about education with a genuine desire to support student development and success
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
