Job Description

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 11+ Tutor to join our team. We are looking for a tutor that are familiar with VR and can also teach English. We are looking for someone who initially can teach 08:30 am - 09:30am on a Tuesday.

Duties:
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students
- Assist students in understanding subject matter and improving their test-taking skills
- Administer practice tests and assess students' progress
- Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to students
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance learning experience
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students
