At Human Assist Training and Support Ltd, we are dedicated to providing personalised and high-quality educational support to students of all ages. Our mission is to help young people achieve their full potential through tailored one-on-one tutoring sessions that cater to their individual needs and learning styles.
The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable 1:1 Tutor to join our team in Doncaster. You will work closely with a student to provide personalised instruction in Maths and English for 10 hours a week, helping them to improve their understanding, boost their confidence, and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to the student's individual needs and learning pace. Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans. Assess the student's progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement. Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians on progress and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.
About You:
We are looking for passionate educators with:
A strong background in the subject(s) you wish to tutor. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule. Teaching qualification with QTS.
Job Types: Temporary, Fixed term contract
Pay: 25.00 per hour
