About the Role
Are you passionate about education and helping young learners succeed? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced11+ Tutor
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by preparing students forGL and CEM 11+ exams
, equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel.Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to the 11+ curriculum. Plan lessons and create high-quality resources to support learning. Teach essential exam techniques and strategies for success. Prepare students for GL and CEM assessments in verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning, mathematics, and English. Mark practice papers and provide detailed, constructive feedback. Develop personalised learning plans to meet individual student needs. Keep up-to-date with local grammar school entry requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience tutoring 11+ students for GL and CEM exam boards. Strong knowledge of the local grammar school system. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Teaching qualification (desirable but not essential).
