Are you already Level 2 or Level 3 qualified with at least 12 months nursery experience?

We're on the lookout for a passionate and ambitious Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner (Trainee) to join our family at Precious Little Smiles.

Pay while you train: 12.85 per hour

Progression: A fully supported pathway into Nursery Management

Hours: Fully flexible across 5 days, between 7:15am-6:15pm

Perk: 2 whole weeks off at Christmas Plus additional annual leave to use

Lead by example and inspire your team Champion play, learning and curiosity every single day Guide children's progress and share their magical moments with families Be part of curriculum leadership and reflective practice Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment
