Role Summary: We are seeking experienced 1st Fix Carpenters for ongoing price work on new-build housing sites. The successful applicants will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of structural and 1st fix joinery to a high standard, ensuring quality and accuracy in every stage of the build. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all aspects of 1st fix carpentry, including studwork, joists, door linings, staircases, and roof structures. Work accurately from technical drawings and site specifications. Deliver quality workmanship while working efficiently to agreed price rates. Maintain safe and tidy working practices on site. Communicate effectively with site managers, supervisors, and other trades. Requirements: Proven experience as a 1st Fix Carpenter on new-build residential sites. Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Own tools, transport, and a valid CSCS card. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
