The Person

We are looking for an enthusiast individual to work in a fast-paced sales environment. The Candidate needs to have at least 18 months experience in a similar role.

As you progress in the role, and your abilities grow you will be involved in IT projects to a greater extent, and eventually manage your own IT projects.

Training is provided. Your ability to advance is only limited by your passion and enthusiasm you bring to the role.

The Role

Review and action alerts. Review, monitor, and improve Secure score. Maintain internal systems and maintain a 99.9% uptime requirement. Assist users with day-to-day issues as they may occur. Checking backups. Create new user accounts. Build and deploy User resources. Maintain office environment (user move, desk moves, cable management) Maintain and improve the internal network. Assist with the policy migration from local to the Azure server platform. Maintain and create deployment scripts.
Candidate:

An understanding of software and network technologies A passionate and enthusiastic approach to helping customers and delivering technical support. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage your own workload, where priorities may change throughout the day Enthusiastic hunger for knowledge and desire to learn
Specification:

Customer Service and Communication skills Organizational and time management skills Verbal and written skills The candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job, which include but are not limited to, the following; must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs; stand/sit for extended periods; push/pull; climb stairs; stoop, kneel or crouch; use fingers/hands to handle or feel; reach above head or below knee level; and the ability to work around machinery and material handling equipment.
