Horizon Healthcare are looking to recruit patient co-ordinators who have past experience of the role or experience of working for 111.
Hours offered
Position 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00 - 14:00 (18 hrs per week)
Position 2 - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12:30 - 18:30 (24 hrs per week)
Our receptionists deliver a quality reception service, dealing directly with patients, relatives and carers either face to face, by telephone or digitally. Reception services include general enquiries, booking or cancelling of appointments, logging of accurate information (e.g. visit requests). The bulk of the working day will involve working in our call hub, so experience of a call centre environment is desirable.
Previous experience of working in a GP setting is desirable but not essential.
Horizon Healthcare is a friendly City centre practice based over two sites with a diverse population of 27,000+ patients.
We are a three GP Partnership supported by dedicated teams of Salaried GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, Practice Nurses and HCAs, along with support from Mental Health practitioners, Physiotherapists, Dieticians and Midwives. We are backed up by an excellent management, administration and reception team.
We are based over two sites and you may be required to work at any of these.
