Job Description

Located on the lively West Street; CosyJoes is a karaoke and party bar that we are preparing to open that will be open 7 nights a week.

We will be looking to fill all roles within the business but are currently looking for assistant managers that can get involved with the launch and set up of the venue.

Once we are up and running the job will be a hands-on roll and you will be expected to liaise with the customers in a positive and friendly manner and lead the team from the front.

Job Responsibilities:

- Helping to manage the day to day running of the business

- Being comfortable managing stock control; including stock ordering and stock takes.

- Helping with staff training and inductions and with implementing the CosyJoes culture.

- Assuring the licensing objectives are adhered to.

- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness throughout the venue.

- Dealing with group bookings for our karaoke "pods" and making sure they have a positive experience.

- Helping to make the most of seasonal opportunities with an open and creative outlook.

- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

- Helping with the promotion of the venue via marketing and social media to further the footfall within the business.

We are looking for people who maintain a positive outlook and appreciate the value of good service.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years working within the industry.

- An ability to work with people as part of a team.

- Familiarity with the "DesignMyNight" booking system (desired not required)

- Personal licence holder (desired not required)

- Emergency first aid at work certification (desired not required)
