Salary : 12.48 per hour - 5 x 8 hour shifts per week
Job Requirements:
5 shifts per week (usually 3pm-11pm)
Checking guests in and out
Maintaining a courteous and friendly guest service and anticipating guest needs
Process reservations competently
Cashiering and Banking (no cash at present)
Completing Front Office documentation accurately and to strict deadlines
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Good IT skills (full training will be provided)
Must know Edinburgh reasonably well
Other general duties as required
The Person:
Smart appearance
Excellent customer service skills
Hotel Reception experience or strong administration skills
Must have fluent spoken and written English
Good communicator at all levels
Ability to prioritise and multitask in a calm and effective manner
Attention to detail is paramount
Must be able to work on own and as part of a small team
Flexible approach, friendly, with a good sense of humour
