The Future Talent Program features internships that lasts up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research & Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals

Our Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance team push the boundaries of global healthcare through research and innovation. Through clinical trials and surveillance, we ensure the safety and efficacy of our existing and pipeline products to produce safe, effective, innovative medicine.

To learn the fundamentals of Clinical Trial conduct and support and deliver projects, with close supervision and mentorship spanning across Global Clinical Trial Operations team, including Monitoring Excellence, Trial Diversity and/or Clinical Trial Site Engagement.

Required Education and Skills:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline.

Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2024

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills

Candidates should have teamwork and leadership skills

Candidates should have the ability to proficiently interact with all levels of specialists & management

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
