The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Room Leader

to lead our 2-3 year old room. You will be responsible for managing and inspiring your team, ensuring excellent care and education, and supporting each child's development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the 2-3 year old room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and development. Support and mentor room staff, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team. Ensure compliance with all nursery policies, safeguarding standards, and Ofsted requirements.

Requirements:

Current Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential). Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent communication and organisational skills. Passion for providing outstanding care and education for young children.
