What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality

overnight care

tailored to residents' needs Assist with

personal care

, always promoting dignity and independence Deliver

end-of-life care

with sensitivity and compassion Follow care plans and maintain detailed records Engage in training and contribute to staff meetings
What We're Looking For:

A

minimum of 1 year's experience

in a care home or similar setting

SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

(or working towards it) A calm, kind and professional approach Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude
