What You'll Do:



Lead assessments and care planning for vulnerable adults, families, and carers. Provide expert guidance and support to other social workers, ensuring the highest standards of practice. Work closely with partner agencies to deliver integrated and effective services. Make a real impact, improving lives through strong leadership and collaboration.

What We're Looking For:



A passionate, experienced Social Worker with leadership skills and a desire to drive change. Strong understanding of safeguarding, case management, and multi-agency working. A commitment to professional development and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. A qualified Social Worker with relevant experience within children's or adult social care.

Probation

In line with the Council's Probation Procedure, certain positions may be subject to a six-month probationary period. This requirement does not apply to internal vacancies.
