Product Trainer

within our training team based in Crumlin, NI.

What does our Sales Training team do?

Our Training Team equips Randox sales professionals, distributors, and internal staff with the scientific knowledge and communication skills needed to engage effectively with healthcare professionals, researchers, technical buyers, and distributors worldwide. The team delivers impactful training through workshops, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences & e-learning modules - ensuring consistent, confident, and clinically relevant messaging across global markets.

: 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.

Contract Offered

: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours

: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

What does this role involve?

Reporting to the Sales Training Manager, you will play a key role in developing our internal clinical sales team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role with a strong emphasis on Clinical QC Product Training. You will:




Deliver training to new and existing sales staff, distributor partners, and customers worldwide. Create and present engaging training sessions on Randox's Clinical Laboratory product portfolio. Support international roadshows, exhibitions, and customer visits with tailored training. Speak at major company events, including our annual Global Conferences. Develop training materials, e-learning modules, and resources to support consistent knowledge transfer. Act as a first point of contact for sales staff seeking guidance on technical and commercial development.


This role will involve some international travel to support sales teams and customers.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual who enjoys presenting, teaching, and travelling, and who has the scientific grounding to build credibility with both laboratory staff and the internal team.

Essential:

Degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to learn new information quickly and create effective training material. Willingness to travel internationally Eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable:

Previous laboratory experience. Experience in training, or customer-facing roles within diagnostics or medical devices. Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., e-learning platforms).
