The Role ...........
This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll predominantly be working on one of our pillar accounts. The role leads all creative vision, output and strategic direction for the brand, packaging and multiple campaigns, in addition to collaboration with the client and external agencies. The work includes brand guardianship and strategy, in-store communications, promotions, social media, POS, photography and art direction.
The Ideal Candidates

Be a super creative, problem solver with great layout and typographic skills Be organised and comfortable when client facing - able to present and take clients on a journey
Be Interested in fashion and design as a minimum, retail interest is a bonus
Have strong initiative and proactive approach
Comfortable leading projects from discovery through to execution
Confident communicator who can present work persuasively to clients and stakeholders
Ability to take direction and build on constructive feedback
Have a willingness to collaborate effectively
Have a keen eye for detail
Participate creatively in client meetings and brainstorming sessions
Have excellent knowledge of design applications with emphasis on Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and photoshop
Preferred Education and Experience .........
A graphic design or similar creative degree
Experience in brand comms at retail is important, retail graphics and POS
Fashion, sport or health and beauty client experience
5+ Years industry experience, agency or in-house
