Job Description
Within your role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload to maximise loan completions and new business.
Key Accountabilities
+ Manage a caseload while assisting team members to manage their caseload in busy times and in times of absence. + Be proactive in dealing with the lender through to completion.
+ Liaise with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers.
+ Ensure SLA's are maintained and exceeded.
+ Maintain full records on systems, including clear and concise notes.
+ Assist the team in order to achieve the highest service standards, deliver solutions to customers and help the business achieve its goals and objectives.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to analyse and present complex information in a clear, relevant and interesting way Pass internal competency tests post induction Great communication skills essential for dealing with brokers, borrowers and lenders Excellent coaching and feedback skills
Knowledge & Qualifications
CeMap qualified, or desire in working towards CeMap qualification. Experience of secured broking/packaging/lending/completions
