Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with a strong background in providing technical support and resolving complex IT issues. A key focus of this role will be supporting and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd line technical support to clients, addressing escalated issues from the 1st line team. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently. Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Assist with IT projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, system upgrades, and installations. Maintain and update documentation related to IT systems and procedures. Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and implement best practices. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an MSP environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration. Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Professional). Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
