2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer on a long-term contract, offering excellent benefits, including 6 to 7 weeks of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and configuration of diverse organisational and educational software.

Installation and troubleshooting of computers and network equipment.

Deployment of devices and creation of images.

Maintenance and installation of audio-visual and IT equipment.

Configuration and monitoring of equipment and services.

Providing Level 1 and Level 2 user support in response to requests.

Supporting and executing IT department projects.

Ensuring equipment efficiency and operational excellence.

Working Hours

8.30 am - 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch)

The main site is based in Kensington, offering a central and accessible workplace.
