Service Desk Analyst - Near Berkhamsted
My client is looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Service Desk Analyst to join them near Berkhamsted. My client prides themselves on offering various progression opportunities within a family feel environment.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist on the service desk
- Escalate cases when needed
- Monitoring service desk ticket flow
- Deal with end user Support
- Wealth of 2nd Line experience with exposure to 3rd Line at a minimum
- Windows Servers
- SQL
- Exchange
- Virtualisation
- Cloud technologies - Azure, AWS, Intune
- Infrastructure exp desirable
