The ideal condidate will assist the lead Press Operator to set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret work orders to determine machine settings.
Select and install appropriate tooling for each job.
Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and angles.
Inspect finished parts for quality and make necessary adjustments to machine settings as needed.
Use hand tools to assemble or disassemble parts as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating press brake machines preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Basic math skills, including the ability to read measurements and perform calculations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
