Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to become a vital part of our manufacturing team. The position involves fabricating and assembling sheet metal components with accuracy and high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a 160 Tonne Bystronic press brake according to production specifications. Bend and shape sheet metal precisely, adhering to technical drawings and standards. Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality requirements and rectify any issues. Handle tooling setup, make necessary machine adjustments, and perform routine maintenance. Conduct grinding and finishing tasks on components. Palletize completed products and maintain accurate production records. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience operating press brakes or similar machinery. Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and measurement accuracy. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and different metal types. Proficiency with hand tools and tooling setup. Forklift certification is advantageous. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
