. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge technology to customers' homes - from white goods to televisions and cookers.

You'll be more than just a driver - you'll be the face of the brand, delivering not only products but a fantastic customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering, installing, and demonstrating electrical goods in customer homes. Handling white goods, cookers, TVs and other electrical products safely and professionally. Providing first-class customer service and support throughout every delivery. Using a handheld device (Savvy) to manage your delivery schedule and confirm completion. Managing load safety, vehicle cleanliness, and all relevant paperwork. Communicating effectively with your team, site, and customers throughout the day. Following all health & safety protocols and transport regulations. Occasionally collecting and delivering tote boxes/products to/from local retail stores.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience driving a

3.5T vehicle

(must have no blameworthy accidents and max 3 penalty points).

Full UK or EU Category B Driving Licence

(up to 6 points considered). Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy goods using provided equipment (e.g. sack barrows, straps). Excellent communication skills - face-to-face and over the phone. A team player who can also work independently and think on their feet. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Valid Digital Tachograph card -

desirable

(can be provided after successful onboarding).
