The Role As a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships with hotels, restaurants, and event operators.
• Source, interview, and place candidates in a variety of hospitality roles, from junior positions to senior management.
• Advise and guide clients and candidates, ensuring the perfect match every time.
• Work towards ambitious targets and enjoy the excitement of closing deals and making placements.
• Stay up to date on the latest hospitality trends and talent movements to maintain your expert status.
