Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual for the position of 360 Operator in SM7. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator on various construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Operate a 360 excavator to perform digging, lifting, and moving materials on site. Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure machinery is in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met. Assist with general site duties as required, including loading and unloading materials. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues with equipment promptly.

Experience

Previous experience operating a 360 excavator is essential. Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable to assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. A valid commercial driving licence is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
