Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual for the position of 360 Operator in TN13 1NQ. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations, utilising their expertise in operating 360 machinery to assist with various construction and excavation tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Operate 360 excavators safely and effectively on-site. Perform digging, lifting, and moving of materials as required for various projects. Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while operating machinery. Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
Must have a Valid CPCs or Npors card and previous Expirience.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating heavy machinery, particularly 360 excavators. A valid commercial driving licence is preferred but not essential. Ability to dig and manoeuvre materials efficiently in various site conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Previous experience in construction or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
