The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic team focusing on Primary, Secondary, and SEN sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience in education recruitment to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK and overseas placements in the education sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and candidates
Source, interview, and match candidates to suitable positions
Meet and exceed personal and team targets for placements and revenue
Contribute to the growth and success of a well-established branch
Requirements:
Proven experience in education recruitment (Primary, Secondary, and/or SEN)
Knowledge of UK and overseas recruitment practices an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
