The Role
We are looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants who want to take ownership of their market, drive business development, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. There are opportunities to work on both the UK desk and the US desk, giving access to a broader client base and international market exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client acquisition through to candidate placement.
Build and maintain strong client relationships within specialist technical/STEM sectors.
Source, interview, and qualify candidates for niche roles in the UK and US markets.
Proactively develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to overall company growth and success.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
Strong business development and client relationship skills.
Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to commute to Coulsdon South (within 30-45 minutes ideally; direct train from Liverpool Street also works).
