About the role



As a Recruitment Consultant at MOOD London you will play a key role in shaping the future of our brand by finding and hiring exceptional talent who share our passion for luxury, fragrance, and customer excellence. You'll be at the heart of our growth, ensuring every new team member embodies the spirit of MOOD London and delivers an outstanding brand experience. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle while maintaining professional experience for all applicants. This is a hands-on and people-focused role that blends recruitment expertise with brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and attract suitable candidates for retail, sales, and head office roles through job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Organise interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer negotiations. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. Maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive communication. Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and ensure the right talent is brought into the business. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires for them to receive all necessary training materials, company policies, and access to internal systems Act as the main point of contact for new employees during their probationary period, addressing any initial concerns or questions Report monthly recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, turnover rates, etc.) to HR leadership. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with UK employment laws and company policies

About you



To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within retail, fashion, or luxury goods. Strong knowledge of UK employment and right-to-work laws. Excellent communication skills Experience in Human Resources would be advantageous Proficiency in using ATS systems for candidate management. Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and relationship management skills. Ability to assess personality, presentation, and brand alignment in candidates. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
