We are seeking a 3D Animator to help us bring our vision to life through creative video content that informs, inspires, and makes a real difference.

About the Role:

As a 3D Animator at Sunshine Support, you will play an integral role in shaping our brand's visual identity and storytelling. You'll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality animated content using Blender, from explainer videos to promotional material. Your work will be key to expanding our Sunshine Academy, an online resource hub dedicated to supporting families and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Production: Create 3D animations, explainer videos, promotional content, and brand stories using Blender.

Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign strategies.

Post-Production: Enhance videos by adding transitions, motion tracking, and visual effects.Trend Integration: Stay ahead of Blender trends and incorporate fresh techniques into your work.

Project Management: Juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

What You Need to Succeed:

Experience: At least 2 years working with Blender in 3D animation and video production.

Skills: Proficiency in Premiere or similar video editing software, strong animation principles, and an eye for detail.

Creativity: Ability to produce engaging content that aligns with brand identity.

Collaboration: A team player with strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.

Experience creating content for social media or marketing campaigns.

Passion for storytelling through animation.
