With significant investment in advanced manufacturing technologies, we are expanding our 3D Printing Department to support growing demand and innovation.
The Role:
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our 3D Printing team. The primary focus of this role will be:
Accurately matching printed dental models with customer tickets and associated data to ensure precision and quality for downstream production.
Preparing and organising 3D data, including basic modifications to customer dental scans using CAD software to generate accurate designs.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and assist with key aspects of 3D printing production, including:
Operating 3D printers and managing daily part output.
Monitoring machine health and reporting technical issues.
Performing routine preventative maintenance.
Removing completed prints and assisting with post-processing tasks.

A high degree of self-management is required, working to meet the demands and needs of the business, the candidate will be well organized and able to deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:
Match 3D printed models with customer tickets and data.
Complete basic modifications to dental scans using CAD software, to create accurate production designs.
Prepare and organise 3D data for production.
Learn and assist with 3D printer operations and part production.
Support machine maintenance and post-processing tasks.
Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all tasks.
Make corrections to 3D models as required.
Perform other reasonable tasks as needed to support the production team.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
GCSE or equivalent.
3D printing or CAD experience (1 year preferred, but not essential).
Previous experience in a production or technical environment would be beneficial.
