With significant investment in advanced manufacturing technologies, we are expanding our 3D Printing Department to support growing demand and innovation.
The Role:
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our 3D Printing team for our
full time
,
afternoon shift 2pm - 10pm
. The primary focus of this role will be:
Removing 3D printed parts from the machines.
Post processing 3D printed parts ready for the next production process.
Accurately matching printed dental models with customer tickets and associated data to ensure precision and quality for downstream production.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and assist with key aspects of 3D printing production, including:
Operating 3D printers and managing daily part output.
Monitoring machine health and reporting technical issues.
Performing routine preventative maintenance.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in advanced manufacturing and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Match 3D printed models with customer tickets and data.
Learn and assist with 3D printer operations and part production.
Support machine maintenance and post-processing tasks.
Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all tasks.
Perform other reasonable tasks as needed to support the production team.

GCSE or equivalent.
3D printing or CAD experience (1 year preferred, but not essential).
Previous experience in a production or technical environment would be beneficial.
