Factory ManagerDuties and Responsibilities:
Operate machinery such as Presses and threading machine
Drilling / grinding
Undertake any work as required on the floor shop
Assembling small parts
Work well under pressure
Experience is not essential however the ideal candidate will come with some engineering/factory experience. Training will be provided.
Personal Protective Equipment will be provided, such as Steel-toe capped boots, ear defenders, safety glasses, gloves and overalls.
The role will be 37 hours per week (basic).
Mon - Thurs 06:00-14:30
Fri - 06:00 - 11:00
Overtime is an option and is paid at 1 your basic hourly rate.
Competitive rates, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), company pension scheme.
