3D Visualiser

to join our Strategic Asset Data Team and help bring our housing developments to life through high-quality visual content.

About the Role




As a 3D Visualiser, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing and sales teams by producing compelling visualisations of new developments. From rendered plan views and external CGIs to immersive fly-throughs, your work will help customers envision their future homes.


You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across GIS, asset data, and marketing, ensuring visuals are delivered on time and to a high standard. You'll also be encouraged to grow your skills and stay up to date with industry trends.

What You'll Be Doing



Create 3D visuals (including rendered plans, CGIs, and fly-throughs) from developer CAD files. Produce marketing-friendly 2D site plans using technical drawings. Maintain a visual production tracker to meet agreed timelines with sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visuals align with project goals and brand standards. Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development. Resolve standard work issues independently and escalate complex queries when needed.

What We're Looking For

Essential:



Experience using Blender or 3DS Max (or similar 3D software). Proven ability to create photorealistic rendered CGIs. Experience producing 2D site plans using Adobe Suite or similar tools. Strong understanding of rendering engines such as Vray, Cycles, Corona, or Arnold. Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines effectively.

Desirable:



CAD qualifications or equivalent experience. Experience using survey equipment to produce CAD drawings.
