Our fast-growing team are experts in delivering services to clients across the region, and you will be responsible for supporting clients in third-line and one-site project implementation.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate most of the following:


Attention to detail, persistence, client care and a strong communication style.


Experience in MS Office technology, particularly M365 implementation and support, Windows Server design and implementation, Active Directory, Cloud, particularly Azure, Firewalls, networking, storage, and Virtualisation tech such as Hyper-V/VMware.

Some notes,


This role will be working with clients in Worcestershire and Herefordshire; therefore, the ability to travel to clients in this location as well as our HQ in Stourport is essential.


Ideally, you will have a UK driving licence

Requirements




You will have previous experience of working in a similar role with;

suitable personal skills to build relationships with colleagues and clients highly effective communication skills and phone manner the ability to handle challenging customer situations and work under pressure the ability to prioritise workload and multitask the ability to work in a proactive, methodical manner whilst having attention to detail strong problem-solving skills

Technical Skills Required


Ability to produce clear and concise documentation


Microsoft Windows Server technology design and implementation


Good knowledge of Active Directory design and implementation


Good knowledge of cloud technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune)


Understanding of security solutions, such as the implementation of Nextgen Firewalls


Good knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare). Also Server, Storage.


Good knowledge of Networking (switches (incl VLAN), Firewalls)
