Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the position of 4 ON 4 OFF CLASS 1 TRUNK RUNNING. This role involves operating a Class 1 vehicle for trunk runs, ensuring timely and safe deliveries while adhering to all regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in their driving practices.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunk runs, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Deliver goods to designated locations within scheduled timeframes, maintaining high standards of customer service Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding any issues or delays encountered during routes. Adhere to company policies regarding safety and operational procedures at all times.

Requirements

Valid Class 1 driving licence with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices in delivery driving. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
