Job Description

We are looking for an experienced 4 Slide Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting and maintaining 4-slide machines, including tooling changeovers and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a good understanding of metal forming processes. Proven experience as a 4-slide or Bihler setter is required.

Set up and operate 4-slide machines

Change tooling efficiently and ensure minimal downtime

Prepares, sets up, and adjusts Machines as required by product plans and production schedules.

Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to machines as needed

Monitor production quality and adjust settings where necessary

Work closely with Production manager and engineering teams to meet production goals

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

A flexible approach to production tasks.

Strong understanding of tooling and die setups

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment

Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 43.75 per week
