pipework, pressure systems, and structural fabrications
in both workshop and on-site environments.
You'll be part of a skilled team producing
high-quality coded welds
to ASME IX / BS EN ISO 9606 standards, supporting fabrication and installation of oil & gas systems, skids, and process plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out
TIG, ARC, and MAG welding
on carbon and stainless steel pipework and structures.
Fabricate pipe spools, supports, frames, and process assemblies from drawings and isometrics.
Prepare materials - cutting, grinding, tacking, and fitting before welding.
Work to tight tolerances ensuring weld quality meets client and inspection standards.
Comply with all
Health & Safety
procedures and company quality systems.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Welder Fabricator
in the
oil & gas
,
petrochemical
, or
engineering sectors
.
Competent in
TIG, ARC, and MAG (MIG)
welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret
engineering and isometric drawings
.
Coded Welder Qualifications
to BS EN ISO 9606 (TIG/MMA/MAG) - preferred.
Valid
CSCS or CCNSG Safety Passport
.
Additional site tickets (Confined Space, Hot Work, Abrasive Wheels) beneficial.
