We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to various locations, ensuring that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of vehicle operation, and the ability to navigate diverse routes.

Duties

Operate a 7.5 tonne lorry for the transportation of cars to designated locations. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, including flatbed deliveries when necessary. Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Weekends and Nights on call Provide excellent customer service during all interactions. Assist with warehouse duties as required, including inventory management and stock replenishment. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for 7.5 tonne vehicles. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. A good understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety practices. CPC CARD
We're looking for Self-employed installers/delivery drivers at our depot in PETERBOROUGH.

The pay rate starting @ 13.00 ph.

hour and additional bonuses for delivering five-star service to our customers after the probation period.

7 days a week availability

Salary: 13.00 , over time paid @ 17.00 ph
