Based in Lancaster working in great offices that are very accessible, with an added bonus of free parking, offering a very flexible way of working and development of your career.
The role will involve managing a portfolio of clients. Tasks will include planning workload (self-assessment tax returns, year-end company accounts and corporation tax returns), liaising with clients and answering technical queries, reviewing work, answering technical questions and providing an all-round service going above and beyond for clients.
What you'll be doing:
Preparation of self-assessment tax returns.
Providing personal & corporate tax advice.
Preparation of annual accounts.
Dealing with HMRC in regards to queries and correspondence.
Customer service - answering telephone calls and emails and dealing with queries and complaints.
Promote quality of service delivered to clients for retention and growth.
Report to managers & senior managers on personal and team performance.
What we're after:
Experienced gained within practice Solid background managing a client portfolio Confident with cloud systems (Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks) Great at building relationships and solving problems Calm under pressure, organised, and always looking ahead
What you will receive:
Salary 30-32k plus study package
22 days holiday plus bank and your birthday off rising to 25 with length of service

Onsite in Lancaster at least 1 day per week
