We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to work part-time or full-time across London, supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with additional learning or SEMH needs. This role offers flexibility, professional development, and the opportunity to work in both home, nursery and school settings.

Role Overview:



As an Behaviour Support Tutor, you will work one-on-one with children and young people to deliver personalised ABA or PBS programs under the supervision of a BCBA-certified or UK-BA Cert behaviour specialist. These programs focus on:

Teaching

social and self-help skills

. Developing

academic abilities

tailored to individual needs. Encouraging progress and confidence in daily tasks.

Working Hours:



Mondays: 8.30am-4pm

(And then with your further working availability we can look at advertising this to find other programmes to work on). Hours are based on program requirements and your availability, making it easy to balance with studies or other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:



Implement individualized ABA/PBS targets designed for each child's specific needs. Collaborate with consultants, families, and schools to ensure seamless support and communication. Prepare and maintain materials and resources needed for ABA sessions. Track progress and provide feedback to consultants and families. Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Transportation:

Having your own transport is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience:

While previous experience in teaching or working with children is helpful, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
