About the job

With a hands-on approach you'll get involved with the daily responsibilities of an Arborist and as Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering daily briefs with your team members delegating tasks and responsibilities, outlining performance outcomes and safety expectations, completing relevant documentation. The role will also encompass the usual arborist duties to include a wide variety of tree work including ground based chainsaw work, aerial tree surgery, rigging, pruning, MEWP and machine operating or supervising.

Supervising Team Leader will be expected to drive but not climb everyday, unless they wish to do so.

Preferred Skills

Applicants MUST have the following (or equivalent) NPTC qualifications - CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 & CS41 and supervisory skills for the higher salary bracket.

You will need a full driving licence.

You must have a good knowledge of Health and Safety, work to best industry practice, and focus on providing a high level of Customer Service and a desire to produce the highest possible standard of work.
