As a Support Worker, you will support adults with learning disabilities to develop confidence, build daily living skills and engage in meaningful routines. You will help individuals feel in control of their day, offering practical and emotional support where needed.

Supporting with personal care and daily tasks Assisting with planning routines such as meals or community activities Encouraging independence in decision-making and life skills Providing calm, steady support in day-to-day challenges Keeping accurate records in line with organisational standards

What You'll Bring

Experience in a support or care role and a respectful, calm approach. Confidence working one-to-one and independently. Willingness to work towards SVQ Level 3 if not already achieved.

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.


This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
