Academic Coordinator

Remote role and ideal candidate will have less than a 3-hour travel time to Brussels

Academic Coordinator

! To be eligible, you must live within a 40-minute commute of King's Cross St. Pancras Station and be able to travel to Brussels within 3 hours (e.g. via Eurostar or similar transport)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate teaching schedules and assignments for language instructors. Monitor teaching quality and ensure delivery consistency across multiple sites. Serve as the primary contact for teaching staff. Assist Project Managers with training evaluations and continuous improvement. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new trainers.

Essential Requirements:

40 minutes travel time of King's Cross St. Pancras Station. Able to travel to Brussels in 3 hours or less. A university degree in languages Minimum 5 years' experience delivering adult language training (online and in-person). Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating educational or training programmes. Minimum 3 years' experience in instructional design. Excellent planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both English and French (minimum B1 level CEFR in both languages). Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments is an asset.
